If you are passionate about managing Information Security within a fast-growing global operating Payment organisation, this is a great opportunity to take a leadership role within the Global Information Security Team.


The Group Head of Cyber Threat Intelligence is part of the Cyber Defence & Resilience team reporting to the VP Cyber Defence & Resilience.

The role brings together all aspects of Cyber Intelligence with respect to Threat identification, analysis and recommended remediation strategies.

As with all Cyber Defence & Resilience roles it is cross-functional in nature, working laterally through Business, Development and IT functions, integrating to DevSecOps methodology and practices to establish and maintain 'Cyber as a Product', coordinating the Predict product to orientate Cyber defences and operational resilience combating threat and all forms of digital attack, as well as driving regulatory compliance.

The role will lead and manage the cyber defence Predict services for Cyber Intelligence and Engineering of associated tooling and Product features.


The role will act as Product Owner for the Predict Product team and provide leadership within the Cyber as a Product functions and to wider Paysafe teams to ensure a Threat led defensible architecture is in place and maintained.

Acting as a Cyber Product Owner for Predict capabilities, the role supports the overall delivery of Cyber defence and has the following example strategic goals:


  • Identify the resources, processes and technology required to develop, build and enhance components of the Cyber Defence Assure Product, and lead their lead their delivery through SecDevOps practices.
  • Ensure that the Predict product virtual team and services are integrated to a Cyber Product and SecDevOps practice, and that the Cyber Defence Product delivers threat led management of security requirements for Paysafe via the Predict Product Owner and Team, ensuring the Cyber as a Product Risk Management capability.
  • Lead the team to establish and maintain capabilities that address the development and operation of Predict Threat Intelligence and Management product controls delivered through CI/CD and Threat Intelligence Platform, to an outcome of ensuring the Predict Product delivers effective cross functional threat identification, analysis and collaborative remediation.
  • Expanding and evolving the continuous threat identification and automated analysis of Paysafe security defences, collaborating to deliver security focused site reliability engineering, as well as supporting remediation of technical compliance, vulnerability management capabilities, digital forensics and investigation services.
  • Managing requirements for, and design of, all Cyber Defence Predict product components, driving technology advancement and service innovation used within the Cyber Defence & Resilience Management function.
  • Conducting technical cyber security research to establish potential Predict product enhancement features, assuring the security of new services undertaken by Paysafe IT, Operations and Business Units, delivering orchestrated and automated management identification and remediation of Cyber Defence weaknesses.


The role is responsible for leading the development and measuring the consistent utilisation of a usable, and realistic set of Cyber Defence Predict product components to improve the Cyber resilience of Paysafe, providing agreed, feasible and attainable cyber defence goals.

The role will be accountable for Predict product ownership, addressing the threat intelligence provision that determines the prioritisation of controls that are implemented to combat an ever more sophisticated threat landscape.

The role will drive the improvement in Paysafe's situational awareness by leading the consistent, streamlined management of security weaknesses to the identified threats that we require to protect our assets, and ensure we are managing Paysafe's Cyber attack surface.


The role will lead the continual enhancement and adaptation of the Cyber Defence Predict Product to realise strategic advantages in terms of improved identification and prevention of threats, driving cost savings through proactive introduction and configuration of tooling based on threat profiles provided by the Predict Product.


Accountabilities:


  • Lead a team in the definition and management of a Cyber Defence Predict product, defining and enhancing those features and services that provide clarity on the mitigation of potential threats, risk and net exposure levels.
  • Develop the Cyber Defence Predict Product, setting precedent and creating direction, to ensure cross functional delivery of a cohesive product and associated services.
