Internal Change Management & Communications HR Consultant

What can you expect:


  • We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and resultsdriven Change Management Consultant. You will directly support our colleagues, people managers and business leaders by delivering colleaguecentric improvements to behavioural, process and systems changes by ensuring robust change management practices are planned, coordinated, and executed.
  • You will be an individual contributor working in an internal consulting team in HR committed to change management including communications.
  • The role is truly global, and you will partner with our stakeholders across HR, Technology, and Internal Communications. Our goal is to drive faster adoption, higher utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes.

What you will be rewarded with:

We will rely on you to:

  • Change management strategies: Collaborate in cross-functional teams to determine the appropriate change strategy required by project or initiative leveraging change management methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Assess the change impact: Support project stakeholders to complete a stakeholder analysis, conduct an impact analysis and assess change readiness.
  • Support communication efforts: execute internal communication strategies including identifying target audiences, crafting key messages, and distributing communications via appropriate channels to convey information effectively.
  • Content creation and management: Create engaging and informative content for internal communication and training. Ensure content is clear, consistent, and userfriendly and working with our HR stakeholders.
  • Promotional campaigns: Design and manage campaigns to drive behaviour changes and promote ondemand resources available for selfservice.
  • Engage in proactive knowledge, coaching and best practice sharing across our HR colleagues.
  • Change management plan execution: Work with business and local stakeholders to drive accountability, activate sponsors and champions and track and measure the delivery of impact of employee communication, campaigns, and training efforts.

What you need to have:


  • Higher education to degree level or equivalent.
  • 3+ years' experience in communications, change management or HR consulting.
  • Strong written communication with demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a simple and clear understandable format for a range of audiences.
  • Proven experience in change management with knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Forward looking with a passion for creating engaging content and using a creativity to problemsolve.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to establish and maintain relationships and to collaborate and engage stakeholders.
