Customer Renewals Officer (CRB Cunninghams UK)

POSITION:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to complement our Service Contracts team. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be assisting in the management of our service contracts.

You will be responsible for managing assets and service contracts, along with contacting customers regarding renewals and payments and required data management.


This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, reliable and methodical individual with great communication skills and is an excellent team player.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Renewing existing and creating new service contracts
  • Managing existing and adding new assets
  • Requesting and Chasing Purchase Orders numbers
  • Quoting ongoing support detail
  • Annual or multiyear
  • Advising clients on best actions for renewal of support contracts
  • Handling customer cancellation.
  • Speaking with clients regarding NPS survey feedback
  • Creating estate reviews for individual clients
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls
  • Liaising with the sales/ account management team regarding ongoing support detail

JOB QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • An extended knowledge of the MS Office suite (Including Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Desirable is an operational knowledge of CRB Cunninghams current product range and the UK Education sector.
