Reception, administration and customer service experience Presentable Empathetic - able to deal with upset clients Good telephone skills and manner Engaging manner with clients and staff Good spoken English Computer literate Organised Animal lover

Desirable Attributes:
Good written English Extroverted and outgoing Able to solve problems Mediation ability Sales experience Able to work under pressure Knowledge of first aid (helpful but not essential as training can be offered)

Branch
Medivet Northam is a long-established practice on the North Devon coast near Bideford. We have a purpose-built practice on a 3 acre site. We have ten vets and are 7 vet FTE. You will be working alongside two cert holders in ophthalmology, who also run a referral service from the practice. Cert holder in surgery who does all our in-house orthopaedic and advanced soft tissue work. Cert holder in Dermatology covering in-house and referral work. Cert holders in medicine
