Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Data analysis of screening processes
  • Optimization of AI tools for antimicrobial peptide prediction
  • Contribution to grant and manuscript submissions
  • Opportunity to mentor students

Person Specification:


  • Postgraduate degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in machine learning models development
  • Skills in AI tool optimization
  • Proactive, flexible, and effective team collaboration
  • Willingness to travel internationally
