We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our busy Property Services Team in our NEW Thatcham, Greenham Hub on apart time (30 hour) permanent basis.
The role
You'll provide an effective administration service for colleagues within the East Property Services Team and deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
Duties to include:
- Liaise with contractors and manage quotes and material orders
- Raise & Schedule jobs for trades operatives
- Book appointments with our customers
- First point of contact for any admin queries from other departments
What you'll need to have:
- proven administration experience
- excellent customer service
- a positive and flexible attitude
- strong organisational skills
- outstanding attention to detail
