- Lead analysis, development, documentation and adoption of process alignment relevant to project delivery
- Engagement with key stakeholders and business leads. Proactive management of project business resources, supporting decision making and feeding into let's talk discussions where required
- Positively and proactively identifying risks and/or issues, working with key stakeholders for mitigation
- Regular reporting and communication of progress to project team, business teams and key stakeholders working closely with the communications lead
- Support building of requirements, design, configuration, data migration ensuring user needs are understood and accurately specified.
- Support creation of business scenarios to help define testing strategy, assist organising & controlling business acceptance testing
- A track record of meeting deadlines and working effectively with others in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Working in a business facing role, you'll have good communication, influencing and relationship building skills, combined with a strong focus on improving the experience for customers.
- Knowledge of user experience and understanding of the way data is captured
- Knowledge of Property Service, Maintenace and Engineering Processes and procedures across all functions
- Knowledge of communication methods to customer through different systems
- Understanding regulatory obligations and compliance legislation and ensuring processes and procedures are consistently followed.
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills
- Understanding of operational challenges across people, process, systems and data and the ability to recognise and make improvements.
