We're looking for a Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Advisor to join our Transportation team based in Twyford, Buckinghamshire to ensure that the highest possible standards to SHEA responsibility are implemented across the business.

A full driving licence is an essential requirement for this position.

Location:
Twyford, Buckinghamshire - some remote working available, with travel to the office required

Contract:
Permanent Fulltime

Salary:
£33k - £43k + company car + benefits

Responsibilities

As a SHE Advisor, you'll ensure we achieve full compliance against all legal requirements, Client requirements and Kier Group SHEA IMS.

Your day to day will include:

Actively promote Safety, Health and Welfare, leading and setting a good example to other employees and stakeholders
Ensure all accidents, incidents and near misses are reported quickly and are also effectively investigated, contributing to Incident Review Boards and Incident Review Panels
Manage the reporting and review of SHEA accidents / incidents on the contract
Support the assessment of staff to ensure capacity, capability and competency are maintained

What are we looking for?
This role of SHE Advisor is great if you have:

Experience working in a similar role in construction
NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
Membership of relevant professional institution (e.g. Tech IOSH or above)
