Salary: up to £25K (D.O.E.) per annum + Commission (OTE £40K)

Our client, a forward thinking, diverse company, is seeking a dedicated Lead Generation Executive to join their ever-expanding team. This will be a pivotal and exciting position where you will be helping to build their client base even further.

This role will be telephone based and will involve speaking to prospective clients in the different industries to introduce the company and to invite them to see the products. These calls will be based on the back of dedicated marketing campaigns to different sectors throughout the UK.

Full training will be given. However, they will be looking for consultative, professional people who are very confident on the phone and who can think outside the box to prepare for a call.

On average you will be expected to make around 30 calls a day, however they will be looking for quality not quantity.

This role would suit somebody currently in a telesales role who wants to move up to the next level and develop their skills.

Special Requirements:

Previous Telesales / Telemarketing experience – outbound calling essential.
Appointment setting experience
Excellent verbal / written communication skills
Intermediate Word / Outlook / Excel
Experience working with efficient CRM Systems
A creative thinker with the ability to pivot during a conversation
An understanding of and the ability to demonstrate open questioning techniques
