Italian & Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent Work From Home

We're looking for Italian & Spanish speaking Customer Service Agents to join one of Europe's largest outsourced centres - some of their clients include British Telecom, Center Parcs, and a host of other leading blue-chip companies.

You will be confident at dealing with customer queries and ideally have a strong background within call centres previously.

The Role:

Hours and pay:

- £ £12.00 per hour (holiday pay included)

Full Time, 37.5 hours (5 days)
Monday to Sunday 8am 8pm (on a shift rota basis)
Saturday to Sunday 8am 4pm (on a shift rota basis)
Targetbased bonuses

Role Benefits:

Italian & Spanish speaker to fluent level
Experience in a previous customer service or sales roles
Excellent communication and motivational skills, ability to multitask and work independently
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Flexible approach to working hours and location
Full training will be provided
