Italian & Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent Work From Home
We're looking for Italian & Spanish speaking Customer Service Agents to join one of Europe's largest outsourced centres - some of their clients include British Telecom, Center Parcs, and a host of other leading blue-chip companies.
The Role:
Hours and pay:
- £ £12.00 per hour (holiday pay included)
- Full Time, 37.5 hours (5 days)
- Monday to Sunday 8am 8pm (on a shift rota basis)
- Saturday to Sunday 8am 4pm (on a shift rota basis)
- Targetbased bonuses
Role Benefits:
- Italian & Spanish speaker to fluent level
- Experience in a previous customer service or sales roles
- Excellent communication and motivational skills, ability to multitask and work independently
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible approach to working hours and location
- Full training will be provided
- Weekly pay
