Job Description:
We're looking for someone who's experienced in running and overseeing youth programs and excels in forming effective partnerships. Main Purpose of the Role:
Your focus will be on delivering impactful programs to young people in the East Midlands. You'll be the face of our partnership, ensuring that our program in Nottingham maintains the highest standards and delivers maximum impact. Your responsibilities will include quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and a strong commitment to driving social change.
Location:
This role is remote but preferably located in the East Midlands or London. Regular travel to exhibition sites in Nottingham, Barking, and Islington is required, along with occasional national travel.
Salary and Contract:
£32,307 per annum pro rata (0.6 FTE £19,384.20), with a fixed-term contract of 1 year, extendable to 2 years subject to funding.
Benefits:
Part-time, 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE), with some evening and weekend work. Core hours are 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility required. Occasional work outside these hours will be compensated with time off.
