Responsibilities:


  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching holes and repairing defects
  • Select and mix paints and coatings to match project requirements
  • Ensure a high level of attention to detail to achieve a flawless finish
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator
  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
  • Time management skills to meet project deadlines
  • Health and safety awareness

Qualifications:


  • Relevant painting and decorating qualifications or certifications
