Our client, a leading engineering firm based in Edinburgh, is seeking a talented Deputy Section Leader to join their dynamic team.


As the Deputy Section Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, overseeing the design and delivery of projects, and ensuring the highest standards of quality are met.

You will use your Microdrainage expertise to provide technical guidance and ensure projects are designed to industry-best standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance Manage a team of engineers and coordinate project delivery
  • Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Contribute to business development and growth initiatives

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 7 years' experience in Civil Engineering, with experience in Microdrainage
  • Strong technical knowledge of drainage design and modelling
  • Experience leading or managing teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
