£35,000 - £45,000 per annum + benefits (Permanent):

East of England:

Specialist consultancy offering a comprehensive service to clients within the Education sector are looking to bring in an experienced Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.

Role of the Building Surveyor:

Previous maintenance, alteration and new build project experience
Experience of undertaking design, specification and contract administration using JCT contracts.
Travel across the South East region visiting Education establishments in the Cambridgeshire, Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk regions

Requirements of the Building Surveyor:

Degree in Building Surveying with a minimum of 2 years surveying experience.
Experience of design, specification and contract administration using JCT contracts.
Clientfocused with excellent communication skills.
Education sector experience an advantage.
Good IT skills with Microsoft Word and Excel systems
You will have a full, clean UK driving licence.
