As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will have the incredible chance to join our dedicated team of individuals and learn how to provide an outstanding level of service to our customers and colleagues.
- Taking calls from our customers and helping them with their enquiries
- Dealing with direct debit mandates that are received.
- Helping our customers progress their insurance claim with their insurance company.
- Writing up cheques that are received.
- Sending our welcome letter to our new customers.
- Running reports as required.
- Issuing settled letters to customers as they are requested.
- Taking card payments from customers when required.
- Completing checks on vehicles
- Any other tasks as required.
- Customer service driven
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Good communication skills.
- Works well in both a team and independently
- Desire to learn new skills and grow
