Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for all administrative duties associated with CTFleet Link.
- Liaising with all internal & external stakeholders including customers and suppliers.
- Create rental agreements on the internal ERP system and generate monthly customer invoices.
- Generate machine performance reports from CTFleet Link as and when required.
- Provide admin support for the Hitachi online information portal Global e Service.
- Prepare presentations to showcase the benefits of CTFleet Link to internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend industry trade shows as and when required to support the HCT/CTFleet Link team.
- Monitor any product reliability issues and report back to the Digital Solutions Manger
- Report to and assist external authorities with any theft recovery enquiries.
- Provide General Admin support to HCT Workshop & Field Operations when necessary.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Essential_
- GCSE Grade C or above in Math's and English (or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills at all levels, with excellent telephone manners.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and comply with internal and external business processes.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt in a fastpaced environment.
- Provide industry leading customer service with a customer focus first approach.
- Good interpersonal skills in an open office environment.
- Preferred_
- 2+ years demonstrable experience in a general administration role.
- Experience of working in the plant hire or construction industry.
- Knowledge of fleet telematics systems.
- Knowledge of Application Programmable Interface (API) architecture.
