Responsibilities:


  • Be responsible for all administrative duties associated with CTFleet Link.
  • Liaising with all internal & external stakeholders including customers and suppliers.
  • Create rental agreements on the internal ERP system and generate monthly customer invoices.
  • Generate machine performance reports from CTFleet Link as and when required.
  • Provide admin support for the Hitachi online information portal Global e Service.
  • Prepare presentations to showcase the benefits of CTFleet Link to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend industry trade shows as and when required to support the HCT/CTFleet Link team.
  • Monitor any product reliability issues and report back to the Digital Solutions Manger
  • Report to and assist external authorities with any theft recovery enquiries.
  • Provide General Admin support to HCT Workshop & Field Operations when necessary.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Essential_
  • GCSE Grade C or above in Math's and English (or equivalent).
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, with excellent telephone manners.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and comply with internal and external business processes.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt in a fastpaced environment.
  • Provide industry leading customer service with a customer focus first approach.
  • Good interpersonal skills in an open office environment.
  • Preferred_
  • 2+ years demonstrable experience in a general administration role.
  • Experience of working in the plant hire or construction industry.
  • Knowledge of fleet telematics systems.
  • Knowledge of Application Programmable Interface (API) architecture.
