Master Data Administrator - Permanent - Uxbridge (Hybrid) - Up to £30,000
FryerMiles have a genuinely exciting and unique opportunity for a Master Data Administrator to work with a globally recognised client of ours based in Uxbridge on a permanent, hybrid basis (one day per month in the office).

The duties of the Master Data Administrator include:
- Providing business support for all purchase requisition and purchase order activities
- Handling and resolving business queries relating to all purchasing within agreed SLA's
- Create, update and maintain process documentation
- Deliver purchasing training to EMEA markets on a regular basis
- Create purchasing related reporting
- Manage ageing PO activities including reporting and closures
- Accurate and timely administration of all supplier master data requests
- Review approved supplier requests and create suppliers in SAP
- Review, validate and process supplier master data change requests
- Work with Accounts Payable team to update and maintain accurate supplier records
- Manage inactive supplier activities
- Create and manage supplier data
The successful Master Data Administrator will:
- Have at least 2 years experience of working within an Administration role
- Have experience of working within fast paced, high volume environments
- Ideally have experience of working within a Shared Service Centre
- Fluency in a European language would be beneficial
