Overview

  • Join our team as a Customer Success Assistant and become an integral part of managing relationships with our valued clients.
In this role, you will oversee the on-boarding, implementation, and training process to ensure smooth adoption of our services.

Your focus will be on increasing client satisfaction and retention by ensuring they derive maximum value from their subscription package.

Collaborating closely with our Commercial team, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding clients to leverage all the features available to them while upholding the exceptional standards synonymous with Chambers and Partners as a premier professional publication.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support and adhoc training to customers who use the company's products
  • Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as daytoday contact for assigned accounts, coordinate deadlines, build trust and rapport whilst taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and maximise the value of their purchase
  • Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities and make the appropriate referrals.
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed
  • Work to individual and team targets
  • Identify risky accounts and take the necessary steps to mitigate any cancellations.
  • Work closely with other internal teams to aid the development of new initiatives as well as improving current initiatives.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a previous Customer Success or clientfacing role
  • Impressive communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and remote
  • Knowledge of customer success best practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems would be highly beneficial
  • Some knowledge of the legal sector would be desirable
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, or German is a plus

  • Strong communication skills (listening, written, verbal)
  • Willing to perform in a hybrid role
