Aitchison Raffety is a multi-service national property consultancy which operates from a number of UK offices with over 100 professionals.

We provide the full range of property services and advise large corporate businesses, developers, investors, lenders, local authorities and a sizeable number of occupier types.

We are looking for a Senior Planning Consultant or Associate Director to join our Planning & Development team.

Salary up to £40k (Senior) / £45k (Associate Director) + bonus + benefits (will change dependent experience).


Key Accountabilities:


  • Manage client relationships
  • Delivers against own fee earning target, and supports the whole team meet to outperform all KPIs and relevant performance indicators
  • Drive business development, seeking new profitable opportunities with existing or new clients
  • Engaged and effective team player, taking an active part in the Planning Division and the broader AR team

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proven track record in client liaison
  • Commercial awareness and ability to undertake tasks on time and deliver sustained fee income
  • Member of the RTPI

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
