Description
The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Coordinate new supplier requests from the wider business
- Set up new suppliers in Accounts database
- Ensuring supplier onboarding checks (e.g. credit checks) are completed
- Coordinating and managing supplier queries via procurement mailbox
- Preparation of documentation for procurement managers where requested such as Invitation to Tender or Requests For Information and associated administration
- Any other ad hoc requirements
Profile
The successful Procurement Coordinator will have:
- Relevant administration experience
- Knowledge of system such as Excel
- Available immediately or at start notice
- Procurement experience would be beneficial
Job Offer
£25,000-£28,000 per annum, Leeds location, Immediate start, Hybrid working, Long term potential
