- Ensure timely deadlines are met following the monthly commercial calendar
- Send subcontractor enquiries
- Review and compare quotations, working closely with contracts managers and site agents
- Notify both successful and unsuccessful subcontractors promptly
- Prepare formal subcontract documents
- Handle interim and final accounts
- Ideally, possess a degree in a construction-related field
- Prior experience in the construction industry is required
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK
