Description
Working as part of a team, reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager, you will share responsibility for the smooth running of the customer services department.
- First contact for customer enquiries and visitors to head office
- Process all sales orders, including customer purchase orders, sales invoices, proforma invoices and delivery notes.
- Arrange transportation for collection and delivery of goods, including managing of web portals, and provide proof of delivery to customers (where necessary)
- Prepare labels for delivery of goods
- Compile all purchase order and sales invoice details through SAGE
- Ensure medical goods are correctly packaged and dispatched in a timely manner
- Assist and perform general administrative duties (where required)
Job Types:

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
