Responsibilities:_

Create and process sales orders, purchase orders, sales invoices through SAGE (training provided)
Appropriately package and label medical goods in readiness for dispatch to Customers
Liaise with designated courier to ensure timely delivery of goods to Customer including management of web portals and provide proof of delivery to customers
Practice stock rotation and assist with general warehousing duties including the appropriate storage of incoming medical products
Maintain a positive and empathetic rapport with customers while effectively managing and meeting their needs.
Accurately and efficiently document all customer interactions, ensuring a comprehensive database of customer information.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager and team members to follow customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and adaptability in handling customer queries or concerns promptly and satisfactory.
Continuously acquire knowledge and update yourself with the latest product/service information to provide accurate and uptodate support to customers.
Stay current with industry trends and customer feedback, providing useful insights for continuous improvement.
