We are recruiting on behalf of a client based in Chesterfield who has a great
opportunity for a
Branch Customer Advisor

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 22.5 hours per week (Usually 2 in 4 Saturdays (paid 1.5x hourly rate)


Main Tasks of the role:
The role requires you to;
-
Customer Services - provide an excellent standard of customer service to meet the Society standards and objectives across a range of contact methods including telephone, in branch and written enquiries.

Sales - to contribute to the achievement of work-based objectives, standards and sales targets as set by the Customer Service Manager and/or Branch Operations and Member Engagement Manager.

Promotions - work together with members of the wider team including members of the Sales Team, Customer Service Managers and the Branch Operations and Member Engagement Manager on internal and external promotions of products and services.

Counter Duties - accurately process and administer all aspects of customer accounts and deal promptly with correspondence arising out of such administration duties.

  • Have Customer Service experience
  • Demonstrate good communication
  • Sales experience is desirable
  • Experience in financial services/banking environment is desirable
