    Description
    Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic business based within the Maidenhead area. This exciting company have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Administrator to come and join their team.

    This person will be working alongside the companies EA providing administrative support across the business.

    This position would suit someone with previous administration experience, someone who enjoys a varied position, and has good organisational skills.

    The successful candidate will be a great team player who is happy to help out where required.

    Salary - £30,000 plus great benefits
    Monday - Friday - Office based


    Some of the duties include:
    Acting as first point of contact for admin enquiries
    Provide administrative support across the business
    Providing cover for the EA including diary management and travel requirements for the SLT
    Arranging travel and accommodation as required, including flights, hotel and care hire
    Processing expenses for the SLT and other Directors
    Assist with booking locations for off-site team events
    Raising purchase orders
    Order stationary and equipment to maintain stock levels
    Liaise with maintenance contractors
    Working with internal facilities and IT teams when issues arise
    Manage meeting room bookings
    Coordinating employee long service milestones, organising the company long service lunch and more
    Support new starters with stationary, starter packs and desk location
    General admin duties as required
