Duties & Responsibilities
- Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Maintaining the reception area, greeting visitors and providing support
- Arranging for catering for meetings and daily office use including making sure we have enough milk, coffee, sugar, tea, disposable plates, cups, and water bottles etc.
- Assist with general queries and signpost to relevant department if needed e.g., Mobizio, Early Pay, ID card etc.
- Taking and directing calls to relevant department.
- Admin paperwork including printing care folder documents (daily logs, service user guides etc), assist in scanning documents when needed. Anyone here for documents submission direct to Roland before taking any documents.
- Take a copy of Document and send it to Hr
- Distributing and maintaining PPE log and stock, sorting and distributing post or posting any letters (both staff and service users birthday cards)
- Ordering (during my absence) and Collection of lunch for In house trainings.
- Assist Office Staff members with any admin work should they require.
Salary:
£20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ilford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
