Location:
SW London - Site Based.

Role purpose

Key accountabilities

Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal customers and other parties in the best interests of the business.
To manage and control all project information using the appropriate software package / extranet system.
To support the project teams ensuring that at all times they are up to date with relevant information.
Point of contact for BIW administration rights and access requirements.
To assist with the internal H&S audit process.
Production of O&M Manuals as directed.
To record site hours and prepare reports in line with reporting deadlines.
Produce reports in a timely manner.
Take an active role in setting up, implementing, managing and improving the document management process.
Liaise with clients and sub-contractors regarding any queries relating to the information received and resolve these in a satisfactory and timely manner

Skills & experience

Experience in document control within the construction industry
Knowledge of document control and/ or construction industry processes/ terminology preferable
Experience of working on a construction site environment (in a similar role) preferable
Experience using Aconex preferable
Knowledge of BIW
Experience in Microsoft Office 365
Must be able to communicate articulately, positively and effectively
A confident, professional manner

Self-motivated and self-managed
Has a proactive and 'can do' attitude
Able to continuously prioritise tasks to suit the Project's needs
Sense of responsibility
