Position Summary

Due to an internal move within the Supply Chain team, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Services Coordinator on a permanent basis, reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader for Edrington UK.

This role is responsible for ensuring all aspects of customer orders are fulfilled, across the whole Edrington UK portfolio of brands, delivering world class customer service to a wide range of UK based customers.

The Customer Services Coordinator will be a team player, supporting their peers and colleagues in the wider Supply Chain team in delivering our mission:
Excellent execution to the point of purchase.
Job Description

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Deliver industry leading customer service to our UK based customers
  • Engage effectively with both internal stakeholders and external customers and logistics partners
  • Drive towards exceeding key performance indicators on customer orders and claims management
  • To lead or participate in supply chain continuous improvement projects, as required
