Job title:
Client Services Advisor**
Location: Hybrid**
Hours: rota, working 37.5 p/w)

Reporting To:
Client Services Manager (CSM)


Key Relationships:
Clients, Practitioners, Direct Team Members**
Post may close early, if sufficient applicants received.

The Role:


Key responsibilities:
-


  • To be the SPA (Single Point of Access) for clients and health practitioners enquiring about any health lifestyles services.
  • To be responsible for all proactive telephone calls to clients to actively engage participants into the services.
  • Actively prioritise incoming calls and manage workload effectively.
  • Actively work to enhance your knowledge across all services.
  • Proactively providing a professional triage service
  • Ensure clients are contacted on the agreed touch points whilst on the service.
  • To manage referrals from healthcare professionals to the programmes.
