- Proven experience in compliance and accident investigations
- In-depth knowledge of the industry standards and regulations.
- Proven experience in record keeping and reporting procedures
- Responsible for company and external audit compliance
- Interviewing and investigation capable to ensure compliance
- Ensure legal and site policies and processes are being managed
- Actively promote a Health and Safety Culture at all times.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are observed.
- Communicate as necessary with the Site Manager & Ops Manager, on all matters that may affect compliance levels or impact on other Site operations
- An international CPC is preferred but not essential
- A proven track record of fleet compliance and experience in transport legislation
- Previous supervisory experience
- An analytical mind with the capability to be methodical and diligent

XPO is going through a period of change and we're currently recruiting for our new Fleet Compliance / Health & Safety Supervisor. You'll be responsible for the management and audit of our fleet and operator licence compliance at our site in Hounslow
Pay, benefits and more:
We're looking to offer a salary of up to £36,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You'll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.
