Main Duties- To place orders for consumables for the business through the various supplier systems.

  • To receipt subcontractors for services provided on a weekly basis on Servicetrac.
  • To attend any Client/Account meetings as required
  • Support the rollout of business initiatives.
  • Understand and demonstrate the MITIE principles.
  • To support the National Accounts Mailbox daily with the delivery of services.
  • To become conversant with National Operations roles to be able to provide sickness and holiday absence cover.
  • To be conversant in the scheduling / closing down of jobs on relevant systems.

What we are looking for:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
  • Must possess the ability to positively interact with staff at all levels within the account and wider business.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Familiar with MS Office packages, including Excel, Outlook, Word.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to unravel processes and suggest/implement improvements that drive efficiencies.
  • Lively and enquiring mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a highly pressurised and dynamic environment.
  • Capable of working under own initiative with minimum supervision.
  • Able to meet strict deadlines.
  • Commercially and financially aware
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in problem solving and issue resolution.
  • Methodical and well organised
  • Resilient and tenacious
