Job Overview
Main Duties- To place orders for consumables for the business through the various supplier systems.
- To receipt subcontractors for services provided on a weekly basis on Servicetrac.
- To attend any Client/Account meetings as required
- Support the rollout of business initiatives.
- Understand and demonstrate the MITIE principles.
- To support the National Accounts Mailbox daily with the delivery of services.
- To become conversant with National Operations roles to be able to provide sickness and holiday absence cover.
- To be conversant in the scheduling / closing down of jobs on relevant systems.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
- Must possess the ability to positively interact with staff at all levels within the account and wider business.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Familiar with MS Office packages, including Excel, Outlook, Word.
- Selfstarter with the ability to unravel processes and suggest/implement improvements that drive efficiencies.
- Lively and enquiring mindset
- Ability to thrive in a highly pressurised and dynamic environment.
- Capable of working under own initiative with minimum supervision.
- Able to meet strict deadlines.
- Commercially and financially aware
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in problem solving and issue resolution.
- Methodical and well organised
- Resilient and tenacious
