Administrative Assistant

  • North & Central England Based at either our: Kirkby Lonsdale office in Cumbria or our Collingham office in Lincolnshire.


We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a key member of our North & Central England forestry team in the role of Administrative Assistant.


Working as an integral part of our admin team, you will be responsible for providing an effective business support service to the wider forestry team.

Duties include telephone and reception responsibility, document preparation and control, database management, and generally being part of the glue that holds the team together.

_About You:
_


  • Previous administrative experience (database experience would be an advantage).
  • Excellent organisational, planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work without close supervision.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Ability to build effective and lasting working relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
  • Full UK driving licence.
