Assurance Coordinator / Administrator:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Safety & Assurance Coordinator to join us.

The role involves supporting day-to-day Tilhill's Safety & Assurance Team maintain our Assurance Management System and Forest Certification (UKWAS).


This role involves:


  • Updating and amending our documents, intranet and databases;
  • Preparing charts and graphs from our incidents and corrective action reporting system;
  • Producing reports for a variety of audiences;
  • Coordinating internal audit schedules (arranging timings, availabilities);
  • Assisting with external audit planning;
  • Assisting with the maintenance of our databases;
  • Updating our Company intranet and an external website portal;
  • Administering registrations for external accreditation schemes (Achilles, Constructionline etc);
  • Maintaining accurate records through minutes and collation of data from across the business;
  • Extensive use of MS Teams and working with a virtual team who are located across the UK.

In addition to this, you'll have:

  • Strong administration skills.
  • Experienced Microsoft 365 user with good Excel skills.
  • Ability to adapt to using new systems and software programs.
  • Ability to perform a range of varied tasks.
  • Welldeveloped organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Experience of SSIP Registrations such as CHAS, Constructionline is highly desirable.
  • Experience on Wordpress, SharePoint is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of GDPR requirements and information security.
  • Driving licence (preferable)
