We're in search of a Facilities Maintenance Technician to be part of our team at Neath Port Talbot Hospital contract.

Location: Neath Port Talbot - Working on site

Contract: Permanent - Full Time

What will be your responsibilities?

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll collaborate with the FM team, assisting in maintenance tasks throughout the Hospital.

Your daily tasks will involve:

Completing various PPM duties such as tap testing, flushing, legionella tests, pump/compressor fault diagnosis, evaluating plant equipment, fire alarm, emergency lighting, among others.
Undertaking electrical tasks ranging from minor installations to repairs, including lighting, power, and socket replacements.
Performing electrical tests like emergency light testing, DB and RCD checks, and ensuring all works comply with NICEIC regulations.

What are we seeking?

This position of a Facilities Maintenance Engineer suits you if:

You hold your 18th Edition certification or have an Electrical bias.
You possess experience in fault finding, reactive repairs, and managing M&E equipment.
You exhibit skills in various building & facilities maintenance areas like electrics, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and compressors.
