Scrum Master - Kirklees, United Kingdom - Saint-Gobain
Description
As we continue to deliver on our digital transformation initiatives and help support our brands across UK and Ireland, we're looking for a Scrum Master to join our IT Project Delivery team on a
remote/ hybrid basis.
Day to Day you will;
- Contribute to and then implement an ambitious technical and digital delivery roadmap for all projects
- Help to embed agile delivery principles within the digital team, and by extension the business
- Show measurable improvements in quality, performance and release cycles
- Show measurable improvements in speedtomarket of business value and benefit realisation
- Drive quality and security into all of our deliverables, enabling release barriers to be removed
Knowledge & Experience required for the role;
- You will ideally have certifications in Scrum/Agile/Project Management with working experience as a Scrum Master already.
- Understanding of agile methodologies able to demonstrate continuous improvement within teams and regular highquality deliverables
- Working with and managing internal and external partners or suppliers to deliver business outcomes.
- Understanding of digital technology and a genuine interest in eBusiness trends in the marketplace.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively, this includes influencing and negotiating with suppliers, stakeholders and partners to define and deliver a demanding roadmap or project/s
