As we continue to deliver on our digital transformation initiatives and help support our brands across UK and Ireland, we're looking for a Scrum Master to join our IT Project Delivery team on a
remote/ hybrid basis.



Day to Day you will;

  • Contribute to and then implement an ambitious technical and digital delivery roadmap for all projects
  • Help to embed agile delivery principles within the digital team, and by extension the business
  • Show measurable improvements in quality, performance and release cycles
  • Show measurable improvements in speedtomarket of business value and benefit realisation
  • Drive quality and security into all of our deliverables, enabling release barriers to be removed

Knowledge & Experience required for the role;

  • You will ideally have certifications in Scrum/Agile/Project Management with working experience as a Scrum Master already.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies able to demonstrate continuous improvement within teams and regular highquality deliverables
  • Working with and managing internal and external partners or suppliers to deliver business outcomes.
  • Understanding of digital technology and a genuine interest in eBusiness trends in the marketplace.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively, this includes influencing and negotiating with suppliers, stakeholders and partners to define and deliver a demanding roadmap or project/s
