Description
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Office to provide full HR support to the group of businesses based in our clients main site in South Ockendon, but you may also be visiting their other 2 sites based in the UKThe role will be:
- Understand key HR duties and implementation based on company business and objectives
- Write and develop job descriptions, specifications and vacancy adverts
- Carry out strategy planning for future staffing needs and requirements, including possible apprenticeships schemes
- Support Management team with staffing issues, performance management & absence management in line with company procedures
- Promote equality and diversity
- Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures
- Maintain and update staff handbook & communicate to staff
Ideally CIPD qualified you will have a solid understanding of the key responsibilities and be able to provide support to the Director and Management team.
