Purchase Ledger Clerk. The company prides itself on its high-quality products and excellent customer service. The role is paying

up to 24k and operate on a

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Reconciling bank & supplier statements
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve invoice queries
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Ensuring that all invoices are authorised before payment
  • Processing payments to suppliers
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • An Accountancy or Finance related qualification is beneficial
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
