Description

Our client is a Government-approved Apprenticeship Training Provider looking to add a Apprenticeship Delivery Manager to their growing team. They specialise in a range of training in leadership, sales, digital marketing, content production and more.

Therole will focus on managing the apprenticeship programme and the team that delivery the programme including permanent and freelance trainers and coaches.

The role will focus on ensuring the planning and management of the programme; supporting trainers and coaches and ensuring the clear tracking of learners progress.

The reviews will look to provide clear guidance on a learners progress; feedback on workshopsand allow the right resources to be put in place to ensure the best results for learners.

The role will inlcude the day to day management of programme leads including all additional resource through freelance trainers and coaches to ensure the programme isstill on track in the event of absence and holiday leave.
