- Manage the day-to-day
operations of all restaurants and bars, including staffing, inventory
management and service standards, as set out by your Line Manager. - Assist your Line Manager with recruiting, train and
supervise a skilled team of restaurant and bar staff. - Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to
ensure a high level of service is always delivered within the F&B
departments and across the hotel. - Collaborate with the F&B
Manager and bartenders to create innovative and appealing menus, as part
of a team. - Ensure that you are part of delivering our budgets and financial
forecasts for the F&B department. - 28 Days

The Role:
As your role as an Assistant
Restaurant Manager, you will assistant in leading and managing the F&B
department, including the team and ensuring that we exceed guest expectations
while operating within the budget, turning over a profit in your department.
