As our Learning Content Designer, you will research and design high-quality training materials to support our retail colleagues across the UK and ROI.

From writing engaging content to crafting visual and digital resources, your content will help develop and grow our colleagues, making a difference to our customer's journey.

You will design using the most up-to-date, effective, and engaging learning methods.

Explore the right technology to inspire, excite, and drive performance from our colleagues and collaborate with our stakeholders and business partners.

As a champion of innovation, you'll stay at the forefront of learning practices and digital trends, constantly pushing boundaries and sparking new ideas.

You'll have a strong background in L&D and you are competent in eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia and Adobe suite.
