We're currently looking to recruit Courier Drivers to work through the summer peak in Exeter that have the passion and drive to deliver a great service.


Salary
:
£12.90 per hour plus overtime pay and holiday pay

Shift pattern
:
Day shift | Monday - Friday | 8.30am - 5.30pm

Role requirements:


  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences
  • Applicants will need to provide a full 5yr employment history
  • A basic DBS Certificate will need to be obtained

Role responsibilities:


  • Delivering parcels and goods to customers on a designated route
  • Ensure all delivery documentation is completed for each drop
  • Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the Depot Manager
  • Display excellent communication skills, speed, and accuracy
  • Initiative, an eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Accurately follow instructions given

Full training is provided, ideally you will have had some previous delivery experience, however this is not essential just a willingness to be flexible and productive with fantastic customer service skills is more important for this role_

  • Exeter, Devon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Driving: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
