Our client based in the City Centre are looking for a Timekeeper / Commercial Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis and would be a 37.5-hour week.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Compiling client invoices on a weekly or monthly basis to ensure adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
  • Understanding financial details in commercial agreements, including invoice cycles and billing criteria.
  • Collaborating with Commercial Coordinators to align client invoicing with contractual obligations, updating sell rates for accuracy.
  • Timely and accurately invoicing projects, obtaining necessary approvals before issuance.
  • Keeping credit notes to a minimum, following approval processes as per delegation of authority matrix.
  • Expediting invoice processing by ensuring all supporting information is promptly available.
  • Addressing queries related to external and internal invoice data, collaborating with projects for resolution.
  • Capturing all rechargeable thirdparty costs in client bills.
  • Facilitating monthend data availability for monthly accounts compilation.
  • Assisting in compiling and uploading timesheets and supporting payroll processes as needed.
  • Summarising timesheet information for billing purposes.
  • Issuing monthly client invoice statements.
  • Aiding in thirdparty compliance processes and assisting with requisition coding when required.
  • Supporting the monthend accounting process by running job ledger reports and updating records.
  • Assisting Commercial Coordinators in maintaining project cash flow assumptions.
  • Providing cover or assistance with various tasks as needed.
