Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm (30 minute lunch)

Salary:
£22,000

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Essential

GCSE's in Maths, Science and English minimum 'A' to 'C'.
Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
Excellent attention to details (with respect to maths, data and English and presentation of product packaging)

Desirable

Some laboratory experience would be desirable but not essential
Chemical background and/or handling of chemicals/materials is desirable.
Knowledge and/or experience in logistics/shipping is desirable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate the shipment of multiple product samples and orders to customers on a

daily basis.

To liaise and arrange shipments by interaction with various courier companies (e.g.

DHL, UPS, Fedex).

To assist in the preparation of samples/orders by potting product material, labelling (printing and affixing labels), preparing documents (as listed above), and packaging correctly.
To liaise with other departments including R&D, QC, QA and production teams in order to advance product preparation ready for dispatch.
To help maintain the required level of Health and Safety and housekeeping within the sample/order dispatch area.
Carry out other duties as and when required as directed by Management.
