The Essence of the Role

The Scope of the role

  • Recruitment and management of a small team setting targets and KPIs to ensure that the budgets on ecommerce are delivered
  • Customers' digital journey should be seamless
  • Drive customers to the website by means of SEO, PPC, social, Email
  • Daily budgets include both PPC and social media
  • All products on website should be accurate and up to date
  • Liaison with the buyers to ensure all product descriptions are accurate and on brand
  • Ensuring all online orders are processed and delivered within key time scales
  • Constantly reviewing the success of website traffic on a weekly monthly basis
  • Manage transactional processes and content

Prerequisites

  • Ability to drive traffic and revenues through ecommerce websites
  • Customer focussed mentality to ensure a seamless process
  • Omnichannel experience
  • User experience across several brands
  • Likes to challenge the status quo
