Purpose of the role**:

To assist with planning, co-ordinating and report upon the work activities of a team; while promoting and championing Health & Safety within the buisness

Assist Warehouse FLM with all accountabilities as listed below.

Have clear understanding of Objectives & KPIs applicable to your role and to your team
Have a clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your role and to your team
Assign tasks according to daily resource planning received from Second Line Leadership
Track team and individual performance of your employees i
Training schedule via OMS Culture Dashboard Prepare and execute the shift handover with your colleague of next shift
Ensure your employees are properly trained on training matrix established for each position,

including onboarding trainings to new hires - via training matrix and schedule and OMS Culture

What do we need from you?

You must have Forklift License
Your will be working to support the current First Line Manager
You will have very good communication skills
You will have good IT skills with an ability to learn
Previous Supervisor or management experience desirable
You will have previous Warehouse / managment experence
