Purpose of the role**:

To assist with planning, co-ordinating and report upon the work activities of a team; while promoting and championing Health & Safety within the buisness

Assist Warehouse FLM with all accountabilities as listed below.

  • Have clear understanding of Objectives & KPIs applicable to your role and to your team
  • Have a clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your role and to your team
  • Assign tasks according to daily resource planning received from Second Line Leadership
  • Track team and individual performance of your employees i
  • Training schedule via OMS Culture Dashboard Prepare and execute the shift handover with your colleague of next shift
  • Ensure your employees are properly trained on training matrix established for each position,
including onboarding trainings to new hires - via training matrix and schedule and OMS Culture

What do we need from you?

  • You must have Forklift License
  • Your will be working to support the current First Line Manager
  • You will have very good communication skills
  • You will have good IT skills with an ability to learn
  • Previous Supervisor or management experience desirable
  • You will have previous Warehouse / managment experence
