We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Corporate Receptionist at one of our commercial clients, covering a site in the heart of London.

Our client is the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, that ensure respect, integrity, service, and excellence are always provided.

Therefore, we require you to have a sincere and honest work ethic in line with our client's needs.


As a Corporate Receptionist for this client, you will cover the core team's absence, providing an exceptional reception service at various sites within London.

You will provide a warm welcome, and converse in a polite, friendly and professional manner with internal and external customers, and assist them with their needs.

As the receptionist, your focus should be on customer care and providing a positive and professional experience for any one who calls.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Complete all administrative tasks and paperwork in timely and efficient manner
  • Display an outstanding level of customer service continually striving to meet and exceed expectations
  • To be an ambassador for the company and display a positive attitude towards work
  • To be proactive and own the reception area

What can we offer you?
- £14.29 per hour

  • Full Time 45 hours per week, 5 days a week 0800 to 1700

What we need from you:

  • Basic IT Skills
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • High level of attention to detail, timekeeping, and ability to prioritise time effectively
  • Experience of working as a corporate receptionist would be advantageous
