Analytical Development - Team Leader


As an industry leading global provider of services within pharmaceutical testing, development and manufacturing for both clinical and commercial use, we are looking to add a critical hire to our management team, overseeing one the small teams responsiblefor analytical development & validation activities.


With the benefit of a global, established name, yet working on the specific site in South Wales within a small collaborative team, this opportunity gives you the chance to be a part of a growing business and to make a genuine contribution.


The position:


This is a client facing position which is responsible for day to management of analytical development projects, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

In addition to that you will be responsible for a small 4-5 person team, overseeingwork, training, mentoring and coaching. This position will also be responsible for planning and scheduling the workload amongst the team.


Experience:


  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is essential
  • Hands on experience in analytical development and validation (method validation essential)
  • Experience in liaising with internal stakeholders is essential
  • Strongly preferred to have any experience in interacting with clients or external parties
  • Previous experience in any of the following areas:
  • Management
  • Training
  • Coaching
  • Mentoring
  • Recruitment into the team
