£22,500 per Annum paid monthly in arrears


Contract Type:
Temporary to permanent, initial period 3 months


Hours: 37 Hrs per week

08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday

08:30 to 16:30 Friday

gap personnel Bristol are operating as an employment business and currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator for a client based within the City Centre, BS1.

The purpose of the role is to fully handle customer orders, provide administration support to the sales team and PA support to the manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Handling of Purchase Orders, order input
  • Providing customers with order/delivery updates
  • Answer phones professionally and reacting accordingly
  • Updating systems
  • Document scanning/filing
  • Provide PA support
  • After sales queries
  • Corresponding with German head office regarding quality queries
  • Handling any quality problems from customers

  • Administration experience in an office environment
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good telephone manner
