Requirements:
Key Responsibilities include:
- To process and/or edit customer orders accurately and notify customers promptly of a dispatch date.
- Arrange deliveries and update customers on order status.
- To communicate with other departments, such as Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality Department and other sites to ensure order fulfilment.
- Providing some customers with bespoke reports.
- Investigating discrepancies.
- Progress to deal with dedicated accounts.
- General administration functions as required with the department to assist others.
You will need
- English and Maths at GCSE (grades C/4 or above)
- Good keyboard skills with ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience in dealing with a diverse range of people in a customer service setting. Be a good team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
- A willingness to learn.
Summary
Salary/Benefits - Competitive
Hours of work - Monday to Friday pm
