Requirements:


Key Responsibilities include:


  • To process and/or edit customer orders accurately and notify customers promptly of a dispatch date.
  • Arrange deliveries and update customers on order status.
  • To communicate with other departments, such as Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality Department and other sites to ensure order fulfilment.
  • Providing some customers with bespoke reports.
  • Investigating discrepancies.
  • Progress to deal with dedicated accounts.
  • General administration functions as required with the department to assist others.

You will need

  • English and Maths at GCSE (grades C/4 or above)
  • Good keyboard skills with ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience in dealing with a diverse range of people in a customer service setting. Be a good team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
  • A willingness to learn.

Summary
Salary/Benefits - Competitive

Hours of work - Monday to Friday pm
