We are currently recruiting on behalf of our Corby based client a number of Line Leaders to join their busy growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career. Previous experience is not essential for this role as long as you are keen and willing to learn. This is fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business with ongoing opportunities.


Main Responsibilities include:


  • Lead and motivate the Operators
  • Coach and develop members of your team.
  • Meet compliance targets
  • Ensure that customer requirements are met
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture
  • To report any safety issues to the Area Manager on a daily basis.
  • Liaise with Area Manager and Technical Manager
  • Conform customer codes of practice and BRC standards at all times.

Key Tasks:


  • Manage break times on the line
  • Carry out start up checks on the line.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Complete product audits
  • Complete efficient changeovers using the skills of the operators on the line
  • Setup, run and carryout checks on the equipment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£12.77-£12.80 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Overtime
